Ingredients:

Aaloo Bukharay                     1/2 kg
Water                                     1 glass
Almonds/Badam                    1/2 cup
Char maghaz                          1/2 cup
Salt                                         1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder                   1/2 tsp
Garam Masala                        1/2 tsp
Sabit kali mirchen                   10 adad
Adrak/Ginger Powder            1 tsp
Sugar                                      1/2 cup/As to taste
Angoor ka Sirka                     2 tbsp

Recipe:


Sab sey pehlay aik frying pan len us men 2 glass pani dalen aur sath aloo bukharay bhi dal kar paknay k liye rakh den. Aanch halki rakhen. 10 minute bad dhakan utar kar dekhen aloo bukharay gal chukay hon gey. Aaloo bukharay k chilkay aram say nikal len. Ab is men namak, laal mirch, garam masala, kaali mirchen, cheeni, adrak aur angoor ka sirka dal kar achi tarah mix kren aur halki anch par 10 minute k liye paknay rakh den. Ab charo maghaz, badam aur angoor ka sirka dal kar mazeed 5 say 6 minute halki anch par dam k liye rakh den. Mazedar aaloo bukharay ki chatni tayar hai. Thandi kar k serve kren aur isko ap kisi sheeshay ki bottole men dal kar fridge men mefooz bhi kar skty hein.
