Ingredients:
Egss 4
Potatoes 1/2kg (small cutting)
Onions
2 small size
Salt As
to Taste
Red Chili 1 tbsp.
Green chili 2 to 3
Oil
1/2cup
Gram masala 1 tsp.
Recipe:
Take a sauce pan and heat oil in it. Add onions into the oil
and let it shallow fry. Then add red chili, green chilies and salt into it. Fry
it for just 5 minutes then add potatoes and fry again for 10 minutes. If
potatoes get dry sprinkle a little water in it and then fry it. Take a small
bowl, add all the eggs in it and mix well with hand blender or a fork. Now add
eggs in these fried potatoes and let it cooked for 2 minutes. After that mix
potatoes and eggs with slight hand and cover up just for 3 minutes. When the
salan turn off the stove. Sprinkle coriander with gram masala and serve it.
