Ingredients:


Fish                               ½ kg
Lemon juice                 2 tbsp
Lehsan paste               ½ tsp
Adrak paste                 1 tbsp
Payaz                           2 tbsp (kat kar fry kar len)
Zeera                           1 tbsp
Sabaz mirch                 2 tbsp (chopped)
Dahi                             ¼ cup (3 tbsp)
Tomato paste                ½ cup
Oil                                4 tbsp

Aik bowl len aur us men tamam masala mix kar k fish ko laga kar aik ghantay k liye rakh den.

Phir oil garam Karen aur sirf 5 minute k liye fry Karen. Yad rakhen 5 minute halki aanch par fry krna hai. Jab iska pani khushak ho jaye to utar len.

Aik baray frying pan men oil garam Karen. Is men lehsan paste, adrak paste, tamatat paste, tamam masalay aur dahi shamil kar den.

Jab masala tayar ho jaye to tali hui machli k tukray bari bari masala men dalti jaen aur bilkul slow aanch par fry karn ta k machli andar tak gal jaye.

Mazedar fry fish tayar hai.

Chopped sabz mirchen aur hara dhaniya say garnish Kar k garam garam serve Karen.
