Potato Pakora Recipe Fast Potato Recipes


Ingredients:

Gram flour                          1/2kg
Onion                                  3 medium size
Potatoes                               3 bigger size (cut like chips)
Cumin(Black zeera)            As required
Red chili                              1 tablespoon
Salt                                      As to taste
Green chilies                       3 to 4 (nicely cut)
Oil                                       To Fry
Strainer                                To dish out pakora
Tasty Pakoray

Recipe:

Take a bowl and add gram flour, potatoes, red chili, green chilies, onion, salt, and black zeera into it. Mix well all the ingredients with your hand. Now add as much water in it that it get mixed and be a doe.
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Now have a spoon and add the mixture you made one by one into the heated oil in a little bit distance that it should not attach to one another.
Let the pakora be cocked and browned. When it gets browned dish out it.
Dish them out and serve with ketchup or yogurt.
 Yummy…..! and tasty pakoras are ready to eat.
